Repairs & Maintenance
If your equipment goes out of service it can be costly and we understand your need for fast service to get it operational. Our repair service is completed in-house or at your location. Before conducting work, we’ll do the following:
- Determine the source of the problem
- Provide an estimate of the cost of prepare
- Help you decide on repair or replace
Repairs can often be complicated requires multiple steps and aspects of our service. You’ll be glad you are dealing with one company that can:
- Compete a tear-down or removal of parts
- Machining of replacement parts
- Welding and repair to salvageable parts
- Careful assembly and testing after repair
Hydraulics
Hydraulics are one of our specialties and we have many years of experience doing rebuilds, repairs and maintenance for industrial, agricultural and commercial applications. We make replacement hoses to length and maintain an inventory of seals and fittings in stock.
Equipment Installations
Installing new equipment or relocating existing equipment requires the expertise of a trainer millwright to assure that operational and safety concerns are met. It includes everything from proper alignment and leveling, to making the necessary plumbing and electrical connections.
Emergency On-Site Service
Equipment breakdowns are not a planned occurrence and can happen at anytime. All of our services are available after our regular 8:00 – 4:30, Monday-Friday hours. Overtime rates apply.
